Single room for rent in a 2nd floor flat located in the Eixample (city center) . 10/15 min walking to gay area and plaza Catalunya, 2 min from 2 metro stations: yellow line to the beach or the purple one: TETUAN 15 min walking to the bus station (shuttle bus from Girona airport) 10 min to Paseo de Gracia train and metro station (to airport), Near to Paseo Sant Joan, ciutadella park and “born” district. Not far from Gracia district. In our district you’ll find: supermarkets, a typical spanish market, two delicatessen shops, a very old bar, a 24h opened florist’s ! The room is small but quiet, towels included. Breakfast: No (well…ask us). Shared bathroom. Wifi. We ask for the payment as you arrive and for a deposit (150€). We’re a couple of 2 guys living in the flat. We like easy going and calm “flatmates”.
