There is a restaurant right next to the apartment and many more restaurants and cafes in the neighbourhood. Moreover, there is a large supermarket and a variety of shops—actually, a shopping centre—as well as a main bus station by the shopping centre—all of it is hardly a 5 minute walk from the apartment away. Buses to and from the Old Town are within 10 min (run very regularly). The city centre is approx. a 30 min walk away (a distance of approx. 3 Km). The apartment address is well known for taxi drivers. You can take a bus from the airport to the main bus station and then a taxi to my place.
