To RENT just for a "Quicky", for the "Night", Weekend or Week ... let's Talk about it !!!! ;-) * Hello !!! There are always possibilities of late check-in and late check-out too !!!!! ... but Fridays and Saturdays the room is only for two people if only for One Night Stand !!! on Fridays and Saturday minimum Two people (maximum Three people) 7 days a Week !!!! We are situated just in the Gay Area, 150mts from La Grand Place, The Gay Pride and Fun just under our apartment window, 20min walk to La DEMENCE, 5min to the NAUGHTY party as well to the ICEBEARG party. The room is the guests´ privacy, but we share all the rest of the apartment, bathroom, toilette, kitchen and living areas. Internet WiFi, Continental Breakfast and Services are included in the price !!!! There is one more thing, I always ask for (wich is normal) photocopy of guests (ID), the payement is upon your arrival and 50EUR caution (that you get totally back) for the security key ( if you want to have one ), there is always somebody home to open the door (there are only three keys for the apartment door and if you lose one of them you have to pay 90EUR to get a new one) you get the 50EUR TOTALLY back when the key is given back !!!!
