The 10 studios (see "similar properties" below) of which is composed the VILLA SUD are in a context of quietness and security in the alive district full of facilities, shops, bars, restaurants, transportations (buses and train). All the studios have a view on a large sunny flowery and quiet common court(yard). The VILLA SUD is at 5 minutes walk from the rail station SNCF of Nice RIQUIER. With direct connections to NICE VILLE (1 stop) Italy and Monaco. 15 minutes walk from the city centre. One of the biggest shopping centre and supermarket NICE TNL CARREFOUR, open till 10 pm is only 10 minutes walk from the VILLA SUD. Each studio is furnished with a bunk bed (190 x 90 x 17 cm) or two places (190 x 130 x 17 cm) and an extra single bed (190 x 90 x 17 cm). Mattresses are of very good quality. Bultex Refrigerator 80 lt, 1 table, 3 chairs, 1 big shelf, 1 wardrobe with three drawers. Dishes, glasses cups, flatware and staff for the cooking (kitchen), 2 electric patches to cook, 1 kitchen sink (warm and cold water), electrical heating in the room and in the bathroom, WIFI free of charge! Each studio has an independent entry and a private bathroom with toilet and shower. 7 of the studios are situated on the ground floor surrounded by a charming, sunny and large court yard with plants and flowers. The size of the studios is approximately 25 sqm, height is 250 cm, 8 studios have a large window of 140 x 120 viewing the courtyard, 2 of them have sliding glass doors viewing a private garden. The VILLA SUD was built in 2009. A common laundry with washing machine (3 euro charge for one washing cycle) and a vacuum cleaner and brooms. A cleaning staff is available free of charge. NON-SMOKER!
